Perhaps the most well regarded Property Litigation team across the North West has an opening in their Property Litigation department for an ambitious and passionate property litigation solicitor to join their award winning commercial team in Manchester at senior associate level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property litigation senior associate solicitor, who is passionate about property law and property litigation, who wants to join a rapidly expanding and award winning department dealing with high-quality work. Your role will be to manage a varied caseload (for example 1954 Act renewals; general L&T; property contract disputes; dilapidations; title defect issues such as boundary or right of way disputes and other property litigation matters). You will be an experienced property litigation solicitor likely with 5 years' PQE. As a strong litigator with a sound technical background, you must have proven commercial property litigation experience (whether property litigation, commercial litigation or insurance litigation) You will be rewarded with a market leading salary in line with your previous experience and a generous benefits package.
