Overview
Senior Business Analyst - £70k - Software - Agile Scrum Avanti Recruitment is working with a market leading organisation in Central London to recruit a Senior Agile Business Analyst to join their team. You will work with work across their business to gather requirements for their software platforms, understand business processes, problems and needs relating to software products, write user stories and requirements documents and help to produce product walkthroughs. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has used a variety of techniques to gather and analyse requirements for software products including running workshops with stakeholders and has proven experience in an Agile Scrum environment (ideally a multi-team environment. . You work with both internal and 3rd party development teams depending upon the products and ensure the stakeholders requirements are conveyed correctly. To be considered you will have a proven track record as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years experience gathering and analysing software related requirements in an Agile Scrum environment. They work with Scrum ceremonies and using a Scaled Agile (SAFe / LESS) approach. You should be able to demonstrate your skills and experience writing user stories and communicating user requirements.
