Overview
MMP are delighted to announce an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly skilled Medical Director's Office Support Manager to join a forward-thinking public-sector organisation based in London on a temporary contract. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with the senior leadership of the organisation, learning from a wide spanning multidisciplinary team and contributing to the delivery of our growing Office agenda. Responsibilities The MDO Support Manager will provide office management and comprehensive business and administrative support across a suite of new and existing corporate projects, programmes and work streams. Reporting to the Operational Delivery Manager, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of everyday operations, providing high-level business coordination across the office and direct line management of the EA/PA support team. The MDO Support Manager will work closely with the Medical Director's senior management team across their broad and complex portfolios to plan, organise and support the delivery of a number of key initiatives and organisational level objectives. Skills Required: Self-motivated and highly organised. Possess the ability to exercise initiative to a significant level, deploying sound judgement and well-developed problem-solving skills to achieve aims. Confident and comfortable in managing multiple streams of work simultaneously, while supporting their direct reports to maintain the overall business function of the office. Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
