Pega Developer Financial Services Leeds - possible flex working One of our core client's within the Financial Services space is now looking to hire a number of Junior and Senior Pega Developers, into their Leeds office. This large Asset Manager offers it's candidates a lot of opportunity for professional development, within an innovative organisation that heavily invests in Technology and Intelligent Automation. It is critical to our client that candidates have the right culture fit for the organisation, namely the ability to work autonomously and face off to senior stakeholders, whilst also staying collaborative within a growing team. Required skills include 1-2 years or more experience with a Pega CSSA Qualification Strong customer service skills; Ability to proactively solve problems and work on own initiative; Collaboration skills, and evidence of working well within a team environment; Have a flexible and 'can do’ attitude and be willing to be accountable for and own allocated tasks. Demonstrable experience in writing effective technical and business focused reports and specifications 3rd level degree in ICT or related area Desirable skills: Experience of working within the financial sector; Intermediate Excel skills.
