At the bottom of this role advert, you’ll find more information on why you’ll enjoy working with us… Job Description We’ve been using Pega as our primary workflow management tool for over 5 years in Link Group EMEA and we are expanding our development team as we further extent the usage of Pega in all our divisions globally. Pega is a key tool within Link Group and this expansion is part of the strategic plan for Pega within the wider Link Group. This Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) role is at the core of what we do as we configure Pega to meet our business needs for automation of tasks so that we reduce errors, increase compliance and remove repetitive tasks. Experience in architecture and designing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundation components Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions Responsible for architecture and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements into well designed, well performing solutions using Pega Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit) Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base Defining and updating of Link Group Guidelines and guardrails for internal and Partner Developments for Enterprise Class Structure and Solution Frameworks. Governance oversight of partners implementation with Link Group Guidelines Qualifications In return for a competitive salary and a rewarding career proposition, we anticipate you bringing: Required 5 years’ experience in Pega building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and application Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Qualification Experience in Pega v7.x Experience work on a project from Inception to Production (end to end experience) Finance Services Domain Strong customer service skills; Ability to proactively solve problems and work on own initiative; Collaboration skills, and evidence of working well within a team environment; Have a flexible and 'can do’ attitude and be willing to be accountable for and own allocated tasks. Demonstrable experience in writing effective technical and business focused reports and specifications 3rd level degree in ICT or related area Desirable Experience in Pega v8.x Experience of working within the financial sector; Intermediate Excel skills.
