Overview

Office Angels are recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor / E-Commerce Processor to join an expanding company based on the outskirts of Preston. We are on the lookout for someone to join the sales team who is keen to find a new opportunity within the industry and excel within the business showcasing knowledge and experience within the E-commerce sector. Get in touch This role includes: Management of day-to-day trading responsibilities across customer accounts Having an active contribution to Marketing concepts and promotional customer campaigns- bringing new ideas in to the business to drive more interest Develop and encourage customer relationships on a daily basis Authorising and singing off customers credits when required, following a detailed analysis of the root cause Ensuring business excellence throughout the end-to-end business selling process Maintaining the product online catalogue to maximise product availability and ranges for selection Administration and content management of the catalogue Analysis of stock turnover and purchase forecasts Liaise with internal customers and departments Ensuring responses are done to a timely manner via internal/external calls or emails Providing excellent customer service to customers where required Making sure stock items are correctly communicated and managed Any additional adhoc duties delegated from hiring managers.
