Principal Clinical Psychologist Wyboston £52,306 - £60,983 This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week My client provides specialist support for people with Autism, Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries. They run services all across England and Wales Key Responsibilities: Creating service development projects to ensure excellent patient experiences Working with CTR panels, commissioning teams and residential homes Contributing to leading on areas of clinical quality and practice across the workforce Working collaboratively and effectively with the whole Therapies Team Developing an innovative service for people with Autism, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health problems Requirements: Experience of providing supervision to junior members of staff Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a variety of models of consultation and have knowledge and experience in different psychological and therapeutic modalities Experience of facilitating reflective practice and consultation to the MDT Have comprehensive experience as a Clinical Psychologist Benefits My client offers a range of benefits, such as; recommend a friend scheme, 33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), cycle to work scheme, pension scheme, free onsite parking
