About us We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to join our fantastic team here at Bristol Street Motors, Vauxhall Chingford. If you are looking to join one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK then this is an opportunity not to be missed About the Role As Service Supervisor you will be a vital member of the team, critical in supporting the Dealership Service Manager and the Group to reach set objectives. The role holder will be determined to achieve outstanding customer service results and will also be financially and sales orientated. About You We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team of Service Advisors to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate must have Kerridge experience. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
