Accountancy Practice - Chester Town Centre - Study Available Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17:30 some flexible working Your new firm You will be joining a Top 20 firm of chartered Accountants based in Chester city centre. This highly regarded firm offer a range of services to their clients inclusive of Tax, Audit, Accounting and Payroll and they are now looking to appoint a Semi Senior to their expanding team. Your new role As a Semi Senior at this firm, you will be required to work with a portfolio of clients made up of sole traders, limited companies and partnerships with turnovers into the multi millions. You will be responsible for the sale and purchase invoicing, bank reconciliations and VAT returns as well as the statutory accounts and Corporation tax. What you'll need to succeed In order to take on this Semi Senior role, you must have worked within an accountancy firm for at least 18 months recently and have experience preparing statutory accounts. You will be a good user of IT systems and your communication skills will be excellent. You should be able to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise your workload. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on prior experience as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes study support, 28 days holiday and a pension.
