Overview
Are you a financial accountant who is having a key involvement in the continuous improvement and development of a well know brand? What? You're not? Do you want to be? Churchill Howard are partnering with a highly respected and thriving business who are looking to add a commercially astute Financial Accountant to their team. You could be providing financial insight to senior stakeholders, whilst identifying efficient changes. You can use the skills you've gained in practice or industry to assist the continuous development of this well-known brand. By providing accurate monthly reporting and insightful analysis, you will be playing a key part in the ongoing business improvement. Your role will include: Ownership of the monthly balance sheet reconciliation Preparation of monthly manual journal review and commentary Analyse actual performance variances to budget Driving improvements in the efficiency of process and systems within the finance department Liaising with external auditors You'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). You might be a 1st-time mover from practice or an experienced industry accountant. It's your love of reporting and commercial awareness that'll really be the key.
