Overview

Two fantastic fixed term contract opportunities have arisen to join a much valued Client based in Sutton Coldfield. The roles are ideal for graduates or candidates with some admin experience alongside a sporting background, who are interested in gaining more experience within an office based environment. You would also get the chance to attend and work at some high level sporting tournaments, so you must be immediately available with your own transport. Tournament Assistant Responsibilities General event administration duties within an office environment. Event planning and management, including meeting deadlines for competition closing dates, broadcasting information etc. Ensure membership obligations are met in terms of fee processing and member information. General day to day usage of the software, including maintaining all public facing web information and updating company apps. Action all outgoing correspondence via email, SMS, and social media. Upholding an excellent standard of customer service at all times. Collecting and recording accurate and relevant statistics for the competitions. General upkeep of the office including filing. The ability to manage admin whilst out on the field and keep paperwork secure and up to date in line with policy. Other ad hoc duties as requested. Tournament Assistant Profile Be flexible to travel, with own transportation. Excellent admin and IT skills including Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer care skills. Organised, with the ability to work alone or in a team to deadlines. Proactive attitude to problem solving. Tidy and well presented with good attention to detail.
