EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager, Financial Services, Central London, £65k Your new company This organisation is a well-established Financial Services company with a growing global presence in their market. Your new role You will be managing the Payroll function for the UK and Europe, this will include vendor management and ensuring the Payroll is delivered to a high degree of accuracy. You will also be focusing on process improvement and taking on any running projects. Benefits management is also a large part of this role, you will be dealing with the renewals and liaising with the providers. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an experienced EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager who is passionate about improving the Payroll and Benefits function and delivering a high level of service to their employees. The successful candidate will also be passionate about projects and process improvement.
