JOB VACANCY Administrator/Receptionist - Norwich - Monday - Friday 9-5 - £10PH LTD Job Title - Administrator/Receptionist Location - Norwich Hours - Monday - Friday 9-5 Salary - £10.50 PH LTD Contract - 3 Months Ongoing. An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful Administration team within NHS services in Norwich. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually. Duties will include: •To provide an accurate, prompt and efficient administrative support to the occupational health team •To maintain an effective filing system allowing easy document retrieval. •Preparing for Clinics •Making Appointments •Reception Cover •Audio Typing •Copy Typing •To produce and maintain spreadsheets •Photocopying •Other general ad hoc administrative duties Person Specification: •RSA 3 Word Processing Qualification •Confident phone manner •Microsoft Office experience •Excellent time keeping skills •Excellent organisational skills •Intermediate skills of data inputting and audio typing •PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE ALL OF THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Applicants should be confident in their own abilities and keen learners in order to fulfil the role to the best of your ability.
