Who we are We are an I.T. Support company based in Stirling and are looking for an I.T. Support Technical Services Engineer to join our established team. We provide I.T. support to businesses across Scotland and typically support their entire I.T. infrastructure. This includes servers, routers, switches, desktop PCs, laptops and other remote devices. We are Microsoft Partners and Scotland's only WatchGuard Gold partner , and will provide training opportunities as identified . SARN Technologies is an a ccredited Living Wage employer and offer s a competitive Salary package commensurate with experience. About the role This is a permanent full-time position working mainly on our busy helpdesk with some travel to customer sites after a probationary period. This role is centred on remote maintenance and break/fix of both Hardware and Software located on customer s ’ sites. A current, full driving licence is required. Skills & Experience The following are essential . Office 365 Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2016 , 2019 . Backup applications such as Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam and Acronis . Experience of working with, and troubleshooting, local and wide area networks , routers and firewalls with a thorough understanding of TCP/IP. Good organisational and troubleshooting skills, including time management, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.
