An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Data Driven Marketing Manager to join our client (a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum) based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying between £60,000-£70,000 pro rata per annum, depending on experience. As part of this commitment, the Global Oral Care category team is hiring for a strategic, experienced, driven, motivated and highly capable Senior DDM Manager. This is an exciting new role that will craft & lead the strategy to unlock the power of data driven marketing for the Oral Care category. Key Responsibilities Be the category data driven marketing expert; lead the design of data driven marketing strategies for the category and brands and ensure all team members are upskilled and educated on the latest DDM program developments Work alongside and guide the Global Data Lead to ensure brands successfully capture, analyse, and leverage first party data Partner and support the global marketing brand teams to bring to life their target audiences through precision marketing, lead the build of precision marketing guidelines Play a leading role in the adoption of performance and 1:1 marketing/CRM Work closely with lead markets in deploying the DDM strategies for key channels with the mindset of learning, optimising and sharing Be empowered to lead and make decisions that drive demonstrable benefit. The efforts of your actions will be clear and will create the benchmark for the rest of the business to follow Key Requirements Must have proven previous experience as a senior level strategic planner with success in the digital marketing industry, either agency or client side. Practical, cross-discipline strategic knowledge of data-driven digital landscape; Confident understanding of marketing and analytics packages e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud software, programmatic, creative development and content management systems. Succeeding in complex business environments; demonstrating matrix organisation agility, creating business cases and driving business growth. Simplifying complexity; ability to interpret complex business challenges and make informed decisions that drive successful activation plans. Curious connector; ability to connect the dots across the people, projects and partners, creating new opportunities for innovative collaboration that enables successful activation of digital brand strategies.
