About the role: The Delivery Improvement Manager is accountable for implementing and driving improvements to achieve regional service and compliance targets, through the robust analysis of Courier performance on Speed of Service and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). You will have accountability for specific tasks as agreed with the Regional Compliance Manager, such as updating MI reports, analysing data, investigating theft claims, manipulating data and looking at common trends. For us, this is all about the output that you can make a difference to. You will contact and visit Couriers at our sub depots who need improvement on required levels of service and compliance. As part of your role you will issue them with service improvement strikes as and when necessary. You will also liaise with our Field Managers to review Courier capabilities and ensure/assist the Field Team to conduct effective Courier improvement training sessions. Our clients are extremely important to us and the service we delivery is key to our success. On occasion there are queries that the helpdesk cannot resolve, so as a Delivery Improvement Manager you will support with these client queries through to resolution. Requirements: You must be an analytical thinker A good understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint with the ability to create spread sheets and pivot tables Communication is key to this role, as is good people management skills and the ability to influence at all levels The ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and plan effective contingencies and solutions Ability to implement solutions and drive successes Benefits: We can offer you a competitive salary starting at £26,260, a location allowance, a company car, bonus scheme (up to £6,000) and 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
