Compliance Analyst
Overview
Your new company This is a global corporate and forward thinking insurance firm. Your new role You'll be working with the Head of Compliance Policy in ensuring that the firm is implementing the right regulatory requirements for the firm. This will include, reviewing current policy, giving advice to the business on policies, assisting in leading the development of new compliance policies and training the firm on these new policies. You'll also be keeping the firm up to date on regulatory updates and changes, to ensure the firm's policies are in line with current regulations. What you'll need to succeed You'll need to have worked in a FCA regulated firm within a regulatory function, with some policy experience as well as be up to date on current regulations. Insurance compliance experience is preferred but not essential. What you'll get in return This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within the compliance space to specialise in policy, which is a highly desired skill within the industry.
