Overview
Your new company You'll be working for a major insurance business, who offer a range of different insurance products to the UK & international markets. Your new role As a compliance monitoring officer, you will undertake site reviews, thematic reviews and desk reviews across their lines of business. This will either be done as part of a team, or taking sole charge of the reviews, depending on the size of the review. You'll use your regulatory knowledge to highlight issues as they arise, write reports on your findings and work with the business to address concerns. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the process of undertaking a compliance monitoring review, be up to date on current regulatory FCA topics from an insurance perspective, have a very keen eye for detail in terms of locating issues, and have excellent report writing skills.
