Overview
Company Overview Our Client provides a Software as a Service to the property lettings industry. It is a recent entrant into the ‘PropTech’ market - property related technology - with a unique offering that fulfils the following requirements: 1. A pre-tenancy solution, which automates every stage of the pre-tenancy process from initial marketing through to move-in 2. An ‘integration hub’ that manages the integration of a wealth of other lettings solutions, including referencing, inventory, property management, property maintenance and other such services. 3. A `crm` portal which allows staff to manage users, staff and properties, view emails, manage users etc 4. A sales-and-conveyancing portal which allows customers to perform all aspects of their property sale in a one stop-shop Following the initial development of the solution we now need to expand the development team to provide additional capacity and cover for the existing team. We are seeking a ‘full-stack’ developer to work across the solution and, potentially, to work on the infrastructure aspects of the development and production environments. Location Home-working with travel to Gravesend and client sites when required. Role Objectives and Key Responsibilities · The role is primarily development of both the User Interface and Services aspects of the solution.
