Reception 27K City of London 12 Month FTC Fantastic opportunity for a 2nd jobber to work within an Insurance Company based in the City of London. This person will be the first point of contact for the business so it is critical that they can adapt to visitors of all levels. This role requires someone who can adapt to any situation, work on your own initiative and who is a quick learner Meeting and greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department Managing the visitor book Answering enquiries in person, by phone and on email Managing meeting room booking system which is ever changing and highly demanding Good attention to detail Providing refreshments and lunch when required Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and stocked Smart appearance is very important as are excellent communication skills Admin support to the Office Manager and HR Manager on an ad-hoc basis to include: Holiday tracking Weekend work recording Arranging couriers Making sure stationery supplies are kept stocked Please apply if you are available immediately and looking for a fantastic company to work in.
