Overview
Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Shift Supervisor to work at a prestigious site within Heathrow Airport on behalf of a global super-brand. This role is a temporary ongoing position to start with on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and you will normally work a 12 hour shift. This role is likely to lead to a permanent opportunity. You will use your outstanding attention to detail and excellent communication skills to lead the cleaning team and you will be the front face of the business dealing with colleagues, client and their customers. Duties include conducting audits, supervising & guiding the team, planning rosters & holidays and making sure all client requirements and SOP's are completed to the required standards. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who leads by example, is flexible, able to work on your own initiative and happy to take responsibility. You must be able to provide a full and checkable history for at least the previous 5 years and the role is subject to successful security screening. Apply today
