Credit Control Clerk Job, Fixed Term Contract job in Walsall paying up to £28000 per annum. Your new company This business is a great Walsall based family run company who were established over 50 years ago. They are in the manufacturing industry who have a broad customer base, ranging from large to small businesses and have a strong customer service team to ensure the expectations of their clients are met. Your new role A 9 month fixed term contract job. This is a varied role with duties including: collection of debt, authorising credit limits and negotiating payment plans, credit checking accounts, dealing with queries, cash allocation, putting accounts on stop and producing age debt reports and KPI reporting. This role reports into Senior Finance Management and you will be working in a small finance team. What you'll need to succeed You will have broad expertise in credit and be comfortable in a varied and responsible role. You will enjoy applying your accuracy and attention to detail and be confident in speaking to a variety of customers where you can maintain excellent customer service levels whilst fulfilling the duties of the role successfully. You will be happy in a role that sees the credit journey through, whilst working with a solid organisation. What you'll get in return You will get paid up to 28000 per annum depending upon experience and benefit from free parking on site.
