Job Title: Paraplanner Industry: Financial Services Location: Exeter Salary: £30,000 Reference Number: 14641 Job Description: Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner in Exeter to join a Financial Planning Firm. This company has an opening for a paraplanner to expand their back office team in Exeter. They have an excellent salary on offer and, a generous development plan to progress their team if that’s their wish within the industry. If you’re looking for a supportive, thriving environment this is the role for you You will support the Financial Advisers and clients completing the following duties: - Preparation of meeting paperwork and documents - Work alongside the administration team - Fact finding - Report writing - Client service and review - New business applications - You will provide fee invoices - You will maintain and update back office systems - You will remain compliant and uphold the values of the firm - You will perform additional general office administration tasks as required and provide holiday cover for team members What’s in it for you: - Competitive salary circa £30,000 (negotiable dependent on candidate) - Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with one hour lunch. - Pension Contribution - Excellent training and development - Additional benefits and rewards packages Skills and experience required: - Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services / near completion - Paraplanning experience (min 1 year) - You will be self-motivated and able to structure your day without being monitored - Team player - Well organised and efficient - You will be competent at speaking to clients and advisers - You will be aware of an understand the financial planning process About Recruit UK: As specialists in financial services recruitment, we bring unique expertise, insight and connections, whether you are looking for a new job or are trying to fill a role.
