Office Administrator Based in Aldershot Salary circa £20,000pa Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Do you have administration experience? Are you looking for a varied new role? If the answer is yes, then this could be the role for you This international organisation are looking for someone organised, self-motivated and friendly to join their team. This role is involves overseeing the facilities of this small office, health and safety of the premises and some basic finance administration as required. We’re looking for candidates with good numeracy, high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, who want to develop their career. Responsibilities include: Monthly check emergency lighting & extinguishers Updating Fire Marshall and first aiders training Uploading invoices Opening post Updating Holiday and sickness records Setting up new employees Liaising with Building operatives for scheduling in maintenance and servicing works Building Maintenance i.e. leaks, light changes, general repairs via third parties Candidate requirements: Previous experience in administration in an office environment Good IT skills - including MS Word, Excel & Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Organised with good attention to detail Self-motivated and willing to learn
