Support Worker Jobs - Wisbech - Weekly Pay - Free DBS Your new company Hays Social care are currently partnered with some excellent care organisations within the local area who provide various types of care to vulnerable individuals. You will be working with a team of passionate support workers all committed to making a difference Your new role Your new job will be working in Social Care services providing support to vulnerable service users. Due to the variety of clients we work with we will match your experience to your new role. The sectors we support include: Adults with learning disabilities Substance misuse and recovery Homelessness Elderly and Dementia Adult mental health Children with learning disabilities EBD children's homes You have the ability to choose the shifts you want and be able to be your own boss What you'll need to succeed You MUST have been working in a care environment for at least 6 months within the last 2 year period. Ideally you will have an NVQ in health and social care but this is not essential to be considered. You must be able to provide 2 recent references and be a passionate, caring person willing to deal with complex behaviours to make a difference.
