Specialist CAMHS Support worker - Childrens residential. Permanent days Nights needed. Your new company You will be joining a leading provider of childcare services with sites nationally. This is a therapeutically enabling service with a fantastic opportunity for career progression. Your new role Your new role will enable you to make lasting, positive changes in children lives. As a CAMHS support worker your primary focus is to protect children from harm and support them in their recovery process. You will build these young people back up through regular communication whilst working alongside them to help them develop a true sense of identity. What you'll need to succeed You will have worked in a care setting for at least 6 months within the last 2 year period. You will preferably have experience working in a CAMHS setting but any care experience is considered providing you have the right qualities needed to support children to reach goals and be the best versions of themselves. NVQ3 diploma in health and social will be paid for providing you are motivated and driven to succeed. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of working towards internal progression within a service environment - this opportunity is ideal for you if you are looking for a long term career As this job is very challenging you must be resilient, head strong and above all motivated to create lasting positive changes.
