Office Administrator - 12-month contract The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a busy FMCG business located near Carterton, Oxfordshire. We are urgently seeking a highly capable and diligent Office Administrator to provide organisation and administrative support to the Regional Team and General Manager. This busy and varied role is a 12-month fixed term contract and offers an immediate start to the right candidate As an Office Administrator your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include; Full Administrative support to Area Managers / General Manager Collate weekly timesheets to record rest days, sickness and holidays on the HR System Record sickness absence, collate sick notes and return to work interviews ensuring the information is uploaded on the HR system Completion of HR documentation i.e. new starters, transfers, salary changes, personal changes as well as being responsible for employee’s induction and end of probation process Collate H&S Audits and record information, Distributing Health & Safety updates to relevant people Take minutes of H&S meetings Order required production supplies via internet and telephone Collate purchase orders Maintain filing and record keeping systems using spreadsheets and databases as appropriate In order to be successful in this role, you will have; The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people Confidence to work on your own initiative, establish priorities, plan work and meet deadlines A diligent approach to tasks, paying attention to detail and checking your own work to ensure quality and accuracy A flexible approach to duties, with the ability to work under pressure in a calm and efficient manner Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and use of databases If you are interested in this contract, and you have previous experience of working in challenging and diverse office administration role we would love to hear from you
