Overview
Reed HR are delighted to support our client, a voluntary organisation, based in Belfast, who have an immediate opportunity for an Assistant HR Manager. This is a contract HR Generalist role for an initial 6 month duration. The successful Assistant HR Manager will support management and work in a busy team supporting the wider business with expert advice, recruitment, payroll, employee relations and employee engagement activities The Role Provide HR advice on policies, procedures and employment legislation Lead the end to end recruitment and selection process whilst supporting Managers throughout the business Employee relations, advising and supporting Managers and managing investigations Advise on complex cases including occupational health referrals Staff management, daily supervision of the HR team Support Performance management Oversee reporting and management information relation to sickness absence, complex ER cases and information to statutory agencies The Ideal Person 3rd level qualification Associate CIPD membership OR CIPD level 5 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role HR generalist role Experience of supervising a team Knowledge and experience of Recruitment, current employment legislation and managing employee relations issues Ability to travel to multiple sites The Rewards Immediate start available, 6 month contract Attractive salary & benefits Full time, 37 hours per week Belfast city centre
