Overview
Position: Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer Location: North West Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 strong package Our client is a highly credible temporary works specialist, with a solid record in delivering effective design solutions to a varied Client base. They work across a broad range of the Construction sector including Rail, Highways, Buildings and Bridges and large Civil Structures. Due to an expanding client base and workload, they are seeking to attract a Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer to the organisation. You will be responsible for delivering innovative temporary works solutions to their client base, designing across geotechnical, structural, form-work and scaffolding. This will provide real variety to your design scope and keep you challenged. Working with a high calibre and extremely knowledgeable team, this role will certainty help to enhance your technical skills and lead to you taking on project management responsibility and client engagement and development in time. They have an excellent development programme in place, with training routes provided to both ICE or IStructE routes. To be considered for this role, it is anticipated that you: -Be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering -Hold demonstrable experience in designing temporary works solutions from first principles -Ideally have knowledge and exposure to delivery of scope on site -Ideally be Chartered (CEng / IEng) with the ICE or IStructE, although this is not essential If you are a Temporary Works Design Engineer considering your career options, please feel free to reach out to Rebecca Mawer on email or telephone for a confident and comprehensive discussion.
