Overview
Data Architect A Data Architect with strong information management knowledge is required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client> based in Preston Overview of the Data Architect contract role As a Senior Data Analyst, Integration, you will be supporting the AIR Information Architect specifically in the area of data integration and the provision of approved Business Information via Information management and consolidation/provisioning layers. The information management layer consists of standards, processes and technology to provide data cleanse, consolidation, transformation, quality, lineage and governance. The consolidation and provisioning layer consists of standards and processes delivered through a Data Virtualisation (DV) technology to provide a single source of truth for business information across AIRI, for analytical and integration purposes Key skills required for the Data Architect As a Senior Data Analyst, Integration your main responsibilities will involve: Developing, documenting and managing the information requirements, information flow and static information/data models and interface control definitions Assisting projects to develop, document and manage the detailed integration requirements for 3rd party vendors, performing application developments or integration development Developing the detailed integration requirements between IM&T projects and systems Realising system requirements in order to configure COTS applications within the information management and provisioning layers, developing data models and reports for BI and assisting in the design and build of BPM capability Supporting the project Solution Architect in the review and harmonisation of the MAI Business Solution and Information Architectures Supporting solution/Data Architect in the capture of data requirements , definition of data models, data migration and mapping, information integration and provisioning design and development Specifying environments required to support application and tool configurations during the build phase of the project The role is based in If you are a Data Analyst/Architect looking for a new contract either apply online or if would like to find out about other opportunities please contact Jack Shingler on or phone 0161 694 9200 Do you know anyone who might be looking for a new role?
