Corporate Associate
Overview
An international law firm are looking to recruit an Associate in their Corporate team for their Leeds office. This is a first-rate opportunity for an ambitious, driven lawyer to join a top 20 firm working with blue chip clients and high value corporate transactions. You will have 2 years PQE in Corporate / predominately M&A transactions. You will also provide clients with a range of corporate advice and governance matters so ideally you will have wide ranging, high quality experience, ideally gained from a top regional or national law firm. You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will take a lead role and work closely with Partners, whilst also working autonomously.
