Reception Assistant Manager at leading US Law Firm, up to £45,000
Overview
Our fantastic US law firm client is currently looking for a Reception Assistant Manager to join them on a permanent basis, this role will take ownership of all of the day-to-day management duties for the excellent reception team. Duties will include to maintain exceptional standards of operation and attitude, responsible for thoroughly checking the daily booking reports to ensure requirements booked by the client are delivered timely, responsible for overseeing all daily activity to include room set ups, AV requirements, catering and beverage requirements, to work autonomously in ensuring the daily success of the team, to maintain a good working relationship with the Front of House Manager, the Director of Facilities and Front of House team, ensuring senior colleagues are kept informed at all times regarding staff progress and performance, to motivate the Front of House team and actively seek new initiatives to further improve the service(s) offered, to ensure the Catering Manager and Hospitality Manager are briefed on a weekly basis as to all catering requirements for the following week, responsible for mentoring the team and highlighting any training needs to the Front of House Manager, ensure that all Company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to by the Front of House team and contractors, to ensure that the booking system is used as effectively and efficiently as possible and that, all required information is gained at the point of booking from the client, to manage holidays and rotas in accordance with company policies, to respond to any comments or complaints immediately and escalate to the Front of House Manager, as necessary, seek to always attempt to improve on existing standards of work, to maintain a good relationship and manage the out of hours contractors and florist, update the standard operating manual annually. Candidates must have prior experience in extensive management duties.
