Job Description

Commercial Cleaning Contracts Manager A well-known, established company specialising in commercial cleaning are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. In this varied role you will manage a team of cleaning operatives, monitor and report on their performance and drive motivation through the team; combined with overseeing a portfolio of cleaning contracts, cementing relationships and offering excellent customer service for contracts of varying sizes throughout Nottingham and Derby. JOB ROLE: Manage cleaning teams to ensure delivery of high quality cleaning standards over 40 sites throughout Nottingham and Derby. Ensuring correct staffing levels are met (managing around 80 staff) Implementing training and mentoring when required, enforcing best practice procedures. Act as the first point of contact for clients. Relationship building and visiting clients. Utilise client feedback and take appropriate action. Ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to. Quality checking the work. Responsible for being a positive advocate for the company. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels. CANDIDATE: Knowledge of the cleaning industry vastly advantageous but not essential. High standards of cleaning and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Experience of managing multiple sites. Strong people management skills. Highly organized to manage time / workload. Excellent customer service. Strong work ethic to provide all clients with an outstanding experience. Good communication skills; both written and verbal. Access to own vehicle with current UK Driving License essential. Well presented with a personable approach.
