A global private investment office is looking to appoint an experienced Hedge Fund Lawyer for a full-time, permanent position in London. Your New Role The Hedge Fund Lawyer will be responsible for advising on a broad range of documentation including: Limited Partnership Agreements Term Sheets Subscription Agreements General commercial agreements About You Successful applicants will demonstrate: Training and qualification at a top City Law firm A minimum of 4 years of PQE in alternative funds Experience of private equity, hedge funds and private debt Strong technical skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously Salary In return, the Funds Lawyer will be entitled to a salary in excess of £120,000 per annum , dependent on experience.
