Interim Legal Counsel
Overview
My client are an investment management organisation and they are looking to hire an interim Legal Counsel for their London based offices on a fixed-term contract basis for a period of c. 12 month to cover maternity leave. This is a generalist role reporting to the head of group legal and you will be responsible for providing legal and regulatory support and counsel to the wider business. This is a London based role but you will be expected to liaise with colleagues in international offices. You will have a broad remit, covering both advisory and transactional matters across every aspect of the business, including advising on a wide range of commercial issues – corporate finance, commercial, employment, capital markets and financial services regulation.
