Full-time or Part-time considered. An opportunity for a 3 years' PQE corporate solicitor looking for a new change in a well-respected law firm based in central Southampton. Its Corporate team is highly ranked by both Chambers and the Legal 500. This leading Legal 200 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking to hire a corporate solicitor in its prominent Corporate/Commercial team in this key placement. Clients include household brand names as well as local, regional and national clients. You will be handling a varied HNW caseload to include M&A, corporate reorganisations/restructurings, private equity, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements, commercial contracting and transactional work. If you are ambitious, technically skilled, good with clients and looking for a law firm that will give you the career you desire, then this opportunity would be the perfect fit for you.
