Our client is now looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 3 years experience to join their team and continue this firm's success. You will be working along side leaders in their field dealing with all aspect of transactional and non-transactional corporate work including: Mergers and acquisitions; Growth and venture capital; Relationship contracts including shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements; Corporate reorganisations / restructurings; Share option schemes; Corporate governance and advisory.
