Role and requirements: - You will be an NQ commercial litigation solicitor (or soon to be) with a seat in this discipline who is passionate about continuing to develop skills within the discipline. A good understanding of a wide range of commercial disputes including: contractual claims and enforcement as well as personal and corporate insolvency. - Clients will range from (but not limited to) large multi national corporations, regulatory bodies and financial institutions. - The commercial litigation solicitor will need to be well organised, have excellent business development skills and be able to work well under pressure.
