NQ Litigation Solicitor Exeter From £40,000 I'm delighted to be working with an international, market leading Private Practice to help develop their Litigation team by finding an NQ Litigation Solicitor for their Exeter office. Located in a central Exeter location, with local parking availability, excellent commuter links to a modern, well equipped office. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team environment with experienced and skilled senior partners, associates and support staff. The most suitable candidate for the Litigation Solicitor position will be an NQ Solicitor, although those with more PQE background are also encouraged to apply Duties and responsibilities: Caseload will consist of a variety of matters, to include: Handling own caseload (subject to supervision); Assisting partners and senior solicitors with more substantial disputes; Build and maintain effective client relationships; Participation actively in marketing initiatives, including training days / seminars; Active participation in marketing initiatives, including attending conferences, giving and assisting with presentations, writing articles and creating marketing materials Training and development of junior staff (where appropriate).
