This is an excellent opportunity for a senior corporate associate solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE to join a successful and forward-thinking Legal 500 firm in Brighton. You will be working on your own caseload and will supervise junior lawyers in the team. The type of work undertaken will include advising on shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, partnership agreements, business sales and acquisitions, M&As and drafting a range of commercial agreements.
