A leading, highly reputable Legal 500 recognised law firm in central Liverpool is currently expanding its defendant clinical negligence offering and is seeking a passionate, confident and ambitious solicitor with the drive and determination to succeed and provide the highest level of service to its national clientele. This Defendant Clinical Negligence Department is one of the largest in Merseyside. Having experienced year-on-year growth in line with business needs, the department now has over 100 lawyers and enjoys national coverage. Your new role will see you sitting within the Defendant Clinical Negligence Department as the new Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor. From the outset, you will be given full responsibility for your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHSLA and local hospital trusts etc. You will also work alongside the Head of Department and the senior partners on more complex and multi-million pound clinical negligence claims as and when needed. The firm deals with high-quality clinical negligence claims and you'll play an integral part in the team. With an active social scene and a friendly, vibrant working environment, you will receive ongoing support and future training from more senior team members to ensure you can reach your full potential.
