Overview
An excellent and rare opportunity has arisen within my client's award winning and market leading Defendant EL/PL & Police (Local Government) Team. Operating out of the heart of Liverpool city centre, the Local Government Department continues to go from strength to strength and, in line with planned expansion, the firm now requires an experienced defendant EL/PL & police solicitor to further augment the already strong team. As an experienced defendant EL/PL solicitor, you will have proven technical expertise in dealing with an array of matters, will be a strong self-starter, ambitious and resourceful and ideally boasting over a year's experience as part of a renowned Defendant Team (claimant Police experience may be considered). Previous experience in dealing with Police claims is a must to be considered for the role. It is expected you will be a recently qualified solicitor (within the last three years). Newly qualified solicitors are also actively encouraged to apply. The Local Government department has a large and dedicated team based in Liverpool and offers a real opportunity for future progression and individual development in the longer term.
