The firm has a real personality and is quite traditional; you will have your own office and enjoy a friendly culture that stands this firm apart from the crowd. They have a people-centred approach where legal talent is nurtured, and staff are given great training and career development. The firm is currently succession planning and are seeking ambitious candidates that are looking for a platform to progress. You might be a senior associate seeking a route to Partnership, or perhaps a salaried Partner seeking Equity but feel you have hit a glass ceiling. The firm owns their office and have room to expand. The role The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their flourishing West End, London office. The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers, and leasehold enfranchisement. The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and will be at the forefront of this department. Requirements You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential On offer is a springboard for progression.
