Residential Property Solicitor A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Birmingham based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Salary is upwards of £30K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Property Solicitors looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will be at least NQ and will initially be dealing with a caseload of around 40 live matters with scope for the role to develop as the role progresses.
