Overview
Our client is a world-class business with operations around the world. Their legal team operates within a fast-paced, dynamic environment that rewards performance with career development and progression. The GC is seeking to make a new appointment to their UK & Ire legal team. This role will provide long-term growth prospects within a thriving, global business. The successful candidate will be talented commercial lawyer with a solid grounding in commercial negotiation and contracts. Construction or Tech law experience is an advantage. You must be able to interface at all levels, manage relationships with key partners effectively and be competent in full-cycle contract delivery. In addition, the role will address a myriad of other matters including dispute resolution, corporate, employment and competition issues. For consideration you must be able to demonstrate a sound track record of the above within an in-house environment, plus the commitment and desire needed to succeed within this demanding business. The ability to work with a minimum of supervision is essential, whilst providing support to the business in a commercially astute fashion. You may be based at company offices in the Thames Valley (M4 Corridor) or West Midlands areas. Candidates must be E&W qualified with a current practising certificate.
