The commercial property department is keen to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to advise on the full spectrum of commercial property law including both freehold and leasehold commercial properties, licences, development and investment, leases and lease renewals. THE CANDIDATE: The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with a natural aptitude for commercial property work and the experience to carry out a broad caseload of commercial property transactions. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will be expected to provide advice to a diverse client base on all aspects of commercial property law such as leases, business disposals and acquisitions, leases and freehold and leasehold matters. You will have a strong commercial approach together with the ability to work well under pressure.
