Recoveries team - Multi track Litigation - Bolton - £25,000 - £35,000 RECOVERIES LITIGATOR (MULTI TRACK) - BOLTON Recoveries Fee Earner - The recoveries team of this leading firm is looking for someone with strong subrogated recoveries experience to handle a mixed caseload of litigated fast track and multi track recoveries files up to the £50K mark. Cases are a variety of delegated and non-delegated files and the role also involves an element of supervising more junior staff. SUMMARY Job Title: Recoveries Fee Earner Location: Bolton Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Reports to: Team Manager Previous experience: Proven experience of handling litigated recoveries files whether small claims, fast track or above. Candidates with experience of assisting on multi track work will also be considered. FEE EARNING AS WELL AS SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES As well as handling fast track and multi track litigated recoveries files, this role is designed to encourage candidates to develop their management and supervisory skills. The successful candidates will play an important part in developing more junior fee earners and the position lends itself to progressing to technical manager position within the team.
