YOUNG PERSON'S HOSTEL/PROJECT WORKER FOR LONDON CHARITY Are you looking for your next step within the Social Care Sector? Do you have experience managing your own caseload of clients? Morgan Hunt are proud to be working with our client on an exciting opportunity for a Young Persons Support Worker to work within a well-established London based charity. We are looking for empathetic, hardworking individuals who have a strong understanding of supporting young vulnerable people. You will be part of a service supporting Young People get to get back into employment, education, and accommodation. The Young Person's Support Worker will be liaising with external services such as Police, Education Teams and Local Authorities. The Service is a sheltered accommodation for Young People aged 18-25.
