Adam Hayes are a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with two offices covering North London. An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are seeking a full time Senior Sales Negotiator to join our existing team based in the North Finchley Office. What we are looking for: Good Sales skills Hard working Excellent telephone manner Immaculately presented Energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do’ attitude Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English Excellent customer service skills The ability to work in a high pressure, target driven environment Full driving license and own car Estate Agency experience is a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate Responsibilities will include: Handling calls and email enquiries Showing potential buyers properties Calling leads Managing applicants on the system Arranging and accompanying viewings Canvassing / Prospecting Negotiating deals Vendor care Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors Developing client relationships Why Work for Adam Hayes?
