Overview
We are seeking talented and caring individuals who will make a difference to the lives of our residents at Glencairn Care Home. We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team for full or part time positions. The main role of a Care Assistant at Glencairn is to ensure our residents receive high quality, person-centred care; whether that be assisting with personal care, getting involved in resident activities or just being a friendly face and a listening pair of ears. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing the best care and support they can to our residents. Previous experience in a similar environment and an SVQ Level 2 in Social Services & Healthcare are preferred but not essential to the role as full training will be provided. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator and work well as part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team.
